|Recommended: YesGood, not great. — I’ve been to quite a few apartments, most of which I live one year at then end up relocating due to issues at the communities. This one I’ve stayed at for the better part of 4 years now, which says a lot. That being said, even good things have their issues. We had neighbors move in above us who are quite honestly the loudest, most obnoxious people I’ve ever lived near or beneath and it feels as though the apartment complex is unable and or unwilling to do anything about it. It’s a non smoking community and they openly smoke on their balcony fairly regularly and nothing is ever done about it. We’ve had some issues with car break ins and theft and there are way too many camera blind spots so if break ins happen to you here, you can hardly ever get any assistance from the apartment complex management. We’ve had 2 break ins, both times nothing was done about it because “they don’t have cameras set up in that part of the complex”. The garbage situation gets ridiculously out of hand over weekends to the point you can’t even walk through the walkway to the compactor which is not entirely the complex fault but is something that happens regularly. Parking is atrocious, if you want a non paid for spot after 8pm forget about it better park outside of the gates. Also maintenance requests are 50 50. When the maintenance people actually get out to do your work order it’s done well and quickly usually, but getting them to actually come and fill the work order takes weeks, possibly even months in some cases. There was one time our hot water tank stopped working and we didn’t get it replaced for 4 days. 4 days with no hot water.

|Recommended: YesIt is a quiet place , they do not have many parking spaces nor for residents ,has many things nearby that is useful — It is a centralized place with everything very clean the buildings I understand that could have improvements an update but inside everything is great the only problem is the parking and how easy it is for anyone to enter since the gate is not always closed

|Recommended: YesDecent community. — Overall, I like living here. The staff is helpful and they do what they can to make sure everything is working smoothly. It's a clean looking apartment complex and they seem to trust their residents I've lived in apartments before where management was overbearing and harassing, and that's not the case here at AlderCourt . The residents on the other hand... is another story. From my experience, management works rather fast to resolve issues and for the most part have been good at supporting my needs through the pandemic. The Only complaints I have is noise loud music playing at 1, 2, 3 and sometimes 4 in the morning and parking. A lot of people without parking passes park here overnight which leaves me with little options for parking my cars that HAVE passes. Management has tried to remedy the problem, but obviously a lot of people don't care to follow rules around here. There are also occasional car prowls'. One of my vehicles was broken into and vandalized after parking in the alley way. There are no cameras in the there, and at the time, the gate wasn't functioning properly, so I was got pretty bad. Also, contacting corporate is a little difficult. I tried contacting them a few times to no avail. On the other hand, I've never had an issue getting in contact with the office. All in all, its a good place to live. Its close to an array of essential stores and is on a bus line.

|Recommended: YesFor quiet people — I think the apartment is more for introverted people who just likes staying home all the time. It would not be a wise idea to throw parties there. I think the apartment needs more security cameras because myself and a bunch of neighbors got our cars broken into. Some are worse than the others like their glasses get smashed. That is my only concern
|Recommended: YesLove My Unit at Alder Court Studios — Brand new complex when I moved in. In the 20-months I've lived here, I've loved my place, especially the size of the unit. Junior Suite - Not too small, and not big. Perfect size for 1-person. Love that there's a washer dryer in the unit. 2-things that I would want to add to the unit a ceiling fan in the bed area and air conditioning for the summer months. Even without them, I still love my unit,,, lol And, I would highly recommend this place, Alder Court Studios

|Recommended: YesOkay — Parking is crowded, you’ll be lucky to find a spot close to your apartment. Some of the people neighbors are decent, while others can be pretty trashy. People don’t know how to clean up after themselves at this complex. They’ll leave behind loads of trash at the compactor, ie. Trash bags, furniture, misc boxes, etc . The management are prob the one reason I look over the issues. They’re really cool, and I mean that in the best way possible. They listen to complaints and are overall very sincere sounding when addressing residents. The problem I have is more with the residents, rather than the staff or complex itself.
